Young love..

There's just something about giraffes I love, so when I saw this stamp I knew I had to have it. I'm sure you'll love it.. it would cover a range of ages and occasions.. and it's now firmly on my favourite hanger.

So.. here's my card for today.(Sorry about the shadow from my window right down the centre of the card.)

So cute eh?

I chose the giraffes because they had roughly the same toning (brown) and I found it fitted with this weeks challenge over on the Simply Less is More blog, where the theme is Monochrome. And funnily enough, it also fits into the Top Tip Tuesday challenge of Wrap it up with ribbon.

However.. a little confession... I didn't entirely stick to brown shades.. because I just had to add a little bit of blush to their cheeks. Quite funny really, because when I was doing the colouring I remembered a conversation I had with Sharon. She said she thinks it's funny that even my animals have rosy cheeks.. and they do. It's the law. So there.

So here's to keeping my fingers crossed they allow a giraffe-y flush.. lol.

Another project for you tomorrow, so please call back.
